Enrollment Deadlines

We limit our members each year to the number which we expect to feed from our farm.  We accept members on a first-come, first-served basis. 

When do we expect to fill our available memberships?

  • Full season and summer memberships in the Madison area have typically filled by late March in past years.
  • Full season and summer memberships in Platteville, Dubuque, and Galena generally fill later in the spring. 
  • Autumn season memberships generally remain open until July or August.

However, we do not guarantee that spots will remain open on any date, and we encourage you to enroll as early as possible.  We do charge a $25 late signup fee for full season and summer membership forms received after April 1st.

Enroll online

Follow these steps:

1. If you will split your membership with another household, the online form will ask for their contact information.  Be prepared to enter their mailing address, phone, and email.

2. Fill out and submit the online form.  You will not pay online when you complete the form.  To keep costs down, we do not accept electronic payments.

3. After you submit the online form, we will send you a confirmation email within 72 hours (typically within 24 hours).  If you don't receive the confirmation email within 72 hours, please contact us so that we can investigate.  Your confirmation email signifies that we are reserving a membership for you on the condition that we receive your payment within two weeks.

4. Your confirmation email will include payment instructions.  You must then mail us a check.  If we do not receive the check within 14 days, you forfeit your spot as a member.  We will confirm via email when we receive your payment.

Prefer not to enroll online? 

You may also enroll by sending us our paper signup form with payment.  We will send you a confirmation email or letter when we receive your form and payment.  However, if it's convenient for you we prefer that you enroll online because it saves us much time in data entry.  Open the Madison area printable signup form or the Plattevile, Dubuque, and Galena printable signup form.
