Our Produce

TomatoesOnTheVineEach week our members receive a box of the vegetables which are currently in season on our farm.  We raise about 25 different vegetables, emphasizing staple favorites such as lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, and squash. You will enjoy each vegetable when it is ripe, at its peak of flavor and freshness. Click here to view a complete list of the vegetables we raise, along with the seasons when we expect to distribute each item.  We carefully schedule our plantings to yield an abundance and variety of vegetables for each delivery.  We aim to include 7-10 vegetables in each of your boxes.  Yields do vary from year to year, and consequently you may receive more or less than we planned of particular vegetables.

Swap Box

On each delivery day, you can trade vegetables from your own box for other items from a swap box at the delivery site. This allows you to partially individualize your box.

As a member, you will receive an abundance and diversity of vegetables. You should be ready to regularly prepare vegetables and to occasionally eat something unfamiliar. We help members enjoy their produce:

• Our newsletters include useful cooking suggestions and tasty, practical recipes.
• On our website you can search for recipes from our past newsletters.
• For help with meal planning, you can choose to receive an email before each delivery forecasting the vegetables in your upcoming box.
